One man's garbage is another man's treasure

Can you believe that this beauty was dug out of the San Francisco dump? My friend David found it while getting rid of some items. He very generously gave it to me to use! I can't believe my luck! And I can't believe that someone would throw this away! I am going to run a roll of film through it and see how it turns out; I'll post some of the photos when they are ready.

A few weeks ago, I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph SF artist Reiko Muranaga in her studio. These are two of my favorite images from that session. I think these two could fit nicely on my site.

Julia Continued

I finally finished retouching the images that I shot of Julia two weeks ago. It is my first attempt at creating a fashion spread. I had the help of Jessica Northern, an amazing SF stylist. She and her assistant did a fantastic job of pulling clothes and providing tons of options and ideas! I am looking forward to doing another fashion spread and producing even better work!
